Be U Lounge is not liable for:

  • Client dissatisfaction

  • Health reactions or cosmetic outcomes

Clients engage providers at their own risk.

8. Assumption of Risk

By entering the premises, you voluntarily assume all risks, including but not limited to:

  • Slips, trips, or falls

  • Allergic reactions

  • Equipment-related incidents

  • Theft or loss of personal property

  • Acts or omissions of tenants or third parties

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Be U Lounge disclaims all liability for:

  • Personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Economic loss

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Liability, if any, shall not exceed amounts recoverable under applicable insurance coverage.

10. Occupiers’ Liability Compliance

Be U Lounge meets its obligations under the Ontario Occupiers’ Liability Act but does not warrant that the premises are free from all hazards at all times.

Entry is entirely at the visitor’s own risk.

11. Indemnification
